Christmas & New Year Ordering
Our cheeses are in hot (rather unprecedented!) demand in the lead-up to Christmas and are flying out of the fridge! To ensure you don't miss out on a truly unique plant-based cheese platter for your Christmas or New Year celebration, please read our important ordering dates & info below.
DECEMBER 16: Cut-off date for all Christmas orders. All orders placed after this date will be considered New Year's pre-orders and will be dispatched on December 27 & 28.
DECEMBER 20: All Christmas orders will be dispatched.
DECEMBER 21: Cut-off date for all New Year's orders. The online store will be closed from 3pm on this day.
DECEMBER 27 & 28: New Year's orders will be dispatched.
DECEMBER 30 - JANUARY 30: The DIVA team are taking a well-deserved break.
IMPORTANT!: During this holiday period (and with the added pressure of the current COVID-19 situation), the couriers are experiencing significant delays.
We will do our best to ensure your order arrives to you fresh by deep-freeze chilling all Christmas & New Year orders (this does not affect the quality of the cheese), however we ask that you keep a close eye on the tracking of your parcel using the tracking link that is sent to your email address when your parcel is dispatched.
If your order does not arrive by the afternoon of 22 December, please alert us as soon as possible so we can follow it up with our courier manager.
